As our employees interact with customers and the general public, we have taken the following steps to limiting exposure to the COVID-19 virus: • Technicians will remain 6 feet from customers and will refrain from physical contact (hand-shaking); • Invoices, work orders and quotes that require signatures will be done on an electronic tablet; o The tablet will be placed on a hard surface, like a countertop or table; o Signatures will need to be captured with the customer using their own stylus. Unfortunately ink pens will not work on the tablets. • Employees who have any symptoms of the virus will be asked to immediately seek treatment and follow a doctor’s advice, including self-quarantine if necessary. As of now, we have no interruptions to our schedule due to illness and continue to operate as normal. We will communicate with any customers who have a job booked if this situation changes at all.
